Mantellassi is a story of artisans, of a company carried forward from generation to generation, passing down values, passion and enthusiasm for its work from father to son.
Today the company is led by Roberta Mantellassi together with her sons Marco, Giulio and Carlo Mantellassi .
While Carlo , the youngest, is still busy studying, the twins Marco and Giulio are determined to tackle the Italian Lifestyle market with a different approach, aimed at a wider audience, to offer everyone the possibility of purchasing features and quality at the best price.
After graduating , they independently decided to continue the family tradition , animated by the company's values of craftsmanship, elegance and tradition and "breathed" from an early age. Both graduated (Marco in Architecture and Giulio in Interior design and communication), they immediately took a position in Mantellassi, as designer and art director.
In addition to the time and passion with which they approached their work from a very young age , dealing with both the production and commercial and design departments, they also sought new stimuli and broadened their visions and horizons: they traveled a lot to train their sensitivity to beauty. and contextualization in the tastes of various populations, and have attended the major international fairs to learn firsthand the reality of the sector.
And it is from these premises that Sofable was born in 2016 , an online platform created by the "Millenials" of the Mantellassi family and destined to become a " shop of design, art and beauty ".
Sofable's objective is to create objects that fully represent the idea of Italian style , but above all to eliminate intermediaries to offer the customer an "artisanal quality product at a factory price" .
Their research aims at harmony (of shapes, colors and relationships), their guidelines are the idea of beauty and good taste , the constant search for continuous innovation without ever forgetting respect for the artisan tradition because , as they say “ We are made for those who are moved by the work of a master craftsman, capable of creating timeless objects with just his hands and a few tools of the trade. We are made for those who love the charm of life without giving up a touch of innovation ."
