“Welcome to deep comfort!”
It is with this phrase that we introduced the latest addition to our sofa range: Deep, a modular sofa with a movable backrest , which combines comfort and elegance.
Actually, before introducing it to you, we had fun playing with you on Instagram Stories, inviting you to guess its name. That's because the name we chose says a lot about this sofa: " Deep " is a sofa whose strong point is the depth of its seat.
We designed it with a very specific goal: to create a very deep sofa that still maintains a well-proportioned and elegant shape. The result is Deep, a convertible and modular sofa with a movable backrest : a true combination of comfort and aesthetics!
The first distinctive feature of this sofa is its movable backrests: with a simple manual mechanism you can move from a composed, “conversation” seat to a more rearward , “total relaxation” one.
A variable seat depth , therefore, based on moments and needs: sometimes you prefer to sit composedly on the sofa, other times you want to literally abandon yourself to it and enjoy the sofa with a more relaxed posture.
Deep , with its mobile backrests, satisfies both needs and allows us to move comfortably from one position to another : with the backrest forward you have a more traditional seat, of 60 cm, moving the backrest backwards you obtain a very deep seat, of 1 metre!
The Deep sofa therefore offers “double comfort”, satisfying two different ways of experiencing the sofa, depending on different situations or one’s preferences.
The movable backrests of the Deep sofa are made up of a soft and welcoming front cushion, and a curved rear panel to which the sliding mechanism is attached, allowing you to enjoy maximum and personalized comfort , simply by moving the backrest forwards or backwards.
Along with comfort, the other strong point of the new Deep sofa is its aesthetics : its light and elegant lines make it suitable for a variety of environments. In particular, Deep pairs perfectly with industrial furnishings: in this living room, for example, we paired it with our Pelè armchair , the Flipper floor lamp , and the Skyline coffee table .
Deep's elegance begins with its structure, which features a raised platform supporting the sofa's seats, armrests, and adjustable backrests. The platform is supported by four elegant metal legs (19 cm high) that slim and lighten the sofa's form while also making it easier to clean.
Like the backrests, the Deep's armrests are composed of two elements: softer internal cushioning and a more rigid, linear outer shell . However, they are very narrow, making the Deep sofa ideal for spaces with limited space.
In addition to being deep, Deep's seat cushions are also very comfortable, made with the finest dual-density polyurethanes. The quality of the interior materials is what really makes the difference in a sofa's durability: Deep's cushion covers are removable (though not the shell) and guarantee excellent durability over time , even after multiple washes.
As regards customisation , if we have “only” two possibilities in terms of seat depth, Deep offers infinite solutions in terms of configurations and upholstery .
The Deep sofa is available in both leather and fabric, including our innovative, next-generation, eco-friendly, stain-resistant fabrics.
And the color range is truly rich: you can opt for tone-on-tone or contrasting colors, depending on your taste and the style of your home.
Deep is the ideal sofa for spaces that are constantly evolving : a sofa that never gets boring because it can be customized in practically every way!
You can have fun creating different combinations between the cushions and the sofa frame : you can choose from infinite upholstery possibilities and dozens of different colors , to create a sofa with a very personal and refined taste.
As for the dimensions, the Deep sofa is currently available in three versions:

Deep 2-seater sofa : This is the standard version with two linear seats, both with adjustable backrests. Available in 200 cm and 170 cm sizes.

Deep 3-seater sofa : version with three linear seats, all with movable backrests. Available in 235 cm and 287 cm sizes.
- Deep sofa with peninsula : version with two seats, both with movable backrests, and a peninsula element with armrest, 192 cm deep and also with movable backrest.
But the possibilities don't end there: we're currently studying further versions of the sofa (we'll be updating you soon!), and for each model, the seat width can be modified upon request to meet your every comfort or space requirement.
In short, the Deep sofa is an absolute novelty among modular sofas, combining style, comfort, and extreme customization: from the dimensions to the upholstery, everything can be adapted to your taste and needs.
The only thing that will never change is the ease with which the backrests move : a simple gesture is enough to activate the sliding mechanism and...double your comfort!
