“Welcome to deep comfort!”
It is with this phrase that we introduced the latest addition to our sofas: Deep, a modular sofa with movable backrest , which combines comfort and elegance.
In fact, before introducing him to you, we had fun playing a bit with you in the Instagram Stories, inviting you to guess his name. This is because the name we chose says a lot about this sofa: " Deep " is a sofa whose strong point is its seating depth.
We designed it with a very specific objective: to create a very deep sofa but which at the same time maintained proportionate and elegant shapes. The result is Deep, a transformable and modular sofa with movable backrest : and a real concentrate of comfort and aesthetics!
The first distinctive feature of this sofa is its movable backrests: with a simple manual mechanism you can go from a composed seat , for "conversation", to a more rearward one, for "total relaxation".
A variable seat depth therefore, based on moments and needs: sometimes you prefer to sit composedly on the sofa, other times you literally want to abandon yourself to it and enjoy the sofa with a more relaxed posture.
Deep , with its movable backrests, satisfies both needs and allows us to move comfortably from one position to another : with the backrest forward you have a more traditional seat, of 60 cm, by moving the backrest backwards you instead obtain a very deep, 1 meter!
The Deep sofa therefore offers "double comfort", satisfying two different ways of experiencing the sofa, depending on different situations or one's preferences.
The movable backrests of the Deep sofa are made up of a soft and welcoming front cushion, and a curved rear panel to which the sliding mechanism is attached, which allows you to enjoy maximum and personalized comfort , simply by moving the backrest forwards or backwards.
Together with comfort, the other strong point of the new Deep sofa is aesthetics : its line is light and elegant , able to adapt to various types of environments. In particular, Deep goes perfectly with industrial furnishings: in this living room for example, we have combined it with our Pelè armchair , the Flipper floor lamp and the Skyline coffee table .
The elegance of Deep starts from its structure, which includes a surface detached from the ground on which the seats, armrests and movable backrests of the sofa rest. The top is supported by four elegant metal legs (19 cm high) which streamline and lighten the shape of the sofa as well as facilitating cleaning operations in the room.
Like the backrests, the Deep armrests are also made up of two elements: a softer internal cushion and a more rigid and linear external shell . However, they are very narrow armrests, which make the Deep sofa also ideal for environments with little space.
In addition to being deep, Deep's seat cushions are also very comfortable because they are made with the best double density polyurethanes. The quality of the internal materials is in fact what really makes the difference in a sofa in terms of durability: Deep has removable covers in the cushion part (it is not removable in the body part) and guarantees excellent durability over time , even after several washes.
As far as customization is concerned, if we have "only" two possibilities in terms of seat depth, as far as configurations and coverings are concerned, Deep offers infinite solutions .
The Deep sofa is available in both leather and fabric, including our innovative new generation eco-sustainable stain-resistant fabrics.
And the range of colors is truly very rich: you can opt for a tone on tone or contrasting colours, depending on your taste and the style of your home.
Deep is the ideal sofa for spaces that are constantly evolving : a sofa that never gets boring because it can be customized in practically every way!
You can have fun creating different combinations between the cushions and the sofa body : you can choose from infinite upholstery possibilities and dozens of different colours , to create a sofa with a very personal and refined taste.
As regards dimensions, the Deep sofa is currently available in three versions:

Deep 2-seater sofa : it is the standard version with two linear seats, both with movable backrests. Available in sizes 200 cm and 170 cm.

Deep 3-seater sofa : version with three linear seats, all with movable backrest. Available in sizes 235 cm and 287 cm.
- Deep sofa with peninsula : version with two seats, both with movable backrest, and a peninsula element with armrest, 192 cm deep and also with movable backrest.
But the possibilities don't end here: we are currently studying further versions of the sofa (which we will give you updates on soon!) and for each model it is possible, upon request, to modify the width of the seats to meet your every need for comfort or space .
In short, the Deep sofa is an absolute novelty among modular sofas, which combines style, comfort and extreme customization: from sizes to coverings, everything can be adapted to your taste and needs.
