Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the order. In particular, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, goods made to measure for the customer or clearly personalized remain excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration , no later than the terms indicated above:

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Any defect caused by customer use will be identified by the company returns acceptance manager and the cost of repairing the product will be communicated, if necessary.

This cost will be deducted from the credit of the payment previously made.

If you withdraw from the contract you will be refunded all payments you have made to us without undue delay. If you received free shipping, the shipping costs incurred by us to deliver the product to you will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back within the terms indicated above.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
