Returns

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the order. In particular, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, custom-made or clearly personalized goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement, no later than the terms indicated above:

Please return the goods in their original packaging or deliver them to us at the following address:

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Any defect caused by customer use will be identified by the company's returns acceptance manager, and the cost of repairing the product will be communicated, should it be necessary.

This cost will be deducted from the refund of the payment previously made.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us without undue delay. If you benefited from free shipping, the shipping costs incurred by us to deliver the product to you will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the terms indicated above.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, if earlier.
